Candidates cannot create a profile themselves. G&T Consulting decides independently which candidates to present in the anonymous database, and does so only with their consent.

Talent Radar is intended for candidates whom G&T Consulting has personally worked with through consulting, a professional interview, an assessment or other direct collaboration. The aim is not a mass database of CVs, but a carefully selected database of senior profiles capable of solving specific business problems.

Publication of an anonymous profile is not automatic and is not a right of the candidate. G&T Consulting reserves the right to decide which profiles are included in Talent Radar, how they are presented and how long they remain active.

What is never published without the candidate's additional consent

• full name;
• photograph;
• email;
• phone number;
• LinkedIn profile;
• CV;
• name of current employer;
• any information that would directly reveal the candidate's identity.

What may be published anonymously

• seniority;
• function;
• industry experience;
• business problems the candidate solves;
• measurable results, but without identifying details;
• the type of organisation in which the candidate works best;
• availability and type of engagement;
• G&T fit assessment.

Candidate consents

Before an anonymous profile is published, the candidate gives the following consents (these are recorded internally):

1. I consent to G&T Consulting creating my anonymous professional profile on the basis of our consulting process, conversations, CV and professional information, and displaying it within the closed G&T Talent Radar database. I understand that my name, contact details, photograph, LinkedIn profile, CV and the name of my current employer will not be published or shared with third parties without my separate consent.
2. I understand that G&T Consulting may contact me if a registered Talent Radar user shows interest in my anonymous profile, but that my identity will not be revealed without my prior confirmation.
3. I understand that I may request the modification, temporary hiding or removal of my anonymous profile by sending a request to stipe.anusic@gt.hr.
