For companies
Terms of engagement, guarantee and client protection
This is what the company gets in writing: what happens if the hired candidate leaves, whether we may contact them afterwards, what we do with your data and who may find out that you are looking for this profile.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Croatian version, the Croatian version prevails.
1. Replacement policy
If a candidate hired through G&T Talent Radar leaves the position within the first 6 months of being hired, I will carry out a replacement process at no additional introduction fee. The replacement process means a new search, a new shortlist and a new check of interest for the same position.
The usual limitations, set out in advance so that they are not up for negotiation once something has gone wrong. Replacement does not apply if the employment was terminated due to:
- organisational changes on the employer's side (restructuring, merger, change of ownership);
- the elimination of the position or the closure of a team, department or business line;
- a material change to the job description, scope of responsibilities or working conditions compared with what was presented to the candidate;
- the employer's failure to fulfil its agreed obligations (non-payment of salary, agreed conditions not delivered, promises made during the process that were not honoured);
- termination of employment by mutual agreement at the employer's initiative.
A replacement is carried out once per hired candidate and applies to the same or a comparable position in the same company.
2. Non-solicitation
Where I have brought a candidate to a client, I do not approach them, or actively contact them, about other opportunities for the duration of their employment with that client, and for at least 12 months after they were hired.
This also applies to opportunities that would objectively be better for the candidate. If the candidate contacts me themselves, on their own initiative, I will inform you of this before I take any step.
3. Data protection for business users
A summary of how your company's data is processed. This summary applies to you as a business user; the processing of candidates' data is governed separately by the Candidate rules and the Privacy policy.
What data I collect
- contact person details: full name, business email, phone, job title within the company;
- company details: name, website, location, line of business and size;
- a description of the business problem, the type of profile you are looking for, the type of engagement and the timeframe;
- a record of your access to Talent Radar: which profiles you opened, when, and what actions you took.
For what purpose
- verifying whether the applicant is a genuine business user, and deciding whether to approve access;
- preparing a shortlist and a Talent Memo based on your business problem;
- communication about the specific mandate and performance of what has been agreed;
- keeping a record of access to profiles, which serves as evidence to candidates that their data has been viewed in a controlled manner.
How long I keep it
- data from the access request and the access log: for as long as access lasts, and for no more than 24 months after it ends;
- data relating to a completed mandate: for as long as tax and accounting regulations require;
- on your request for erasure: I delete everything except what I am legally required to retain, and I tell you so expressly in writing.
Who it is shared with
It is not shared with third parties. I do not sell, pass on or exchange business users' data. The only exceptions are technical infrastructure providers (hosting and email delivery), who process the data solely on my instructions and have no right to use it for their own purposes, and the competent authorities where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). Send your request to stipe.anusic@gt.hr; I respond within the time limit laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and in practice within a few working days.
4. Confidentiality on the company side
Discretion in Talent Radar protects not only the candidate. The same applies to you:
- The company name, the role brief and the reason for opening the mandate are treated as confidential. This also includes the reason you do not want to say out loud – someone leaving, a restructuring, preparing a market move.
- The company's identity is not disclosed to the candidate without your explicit prior consent.
- In the first phase, the candidate receives only a description of the business problem, the industry and the type of organisation – without the company name.
- The mandate is not made public, advertised or used as a reference without your approval. Not on this website, not on gt.hr and not on LinkedIn.
- Information about the mandate is not shared with other candidates or with other clients.
The engagement is not exclusive. You can work in parallel with your existing partners and your in-house team. I do not ask for exclusivity and do not make access to profiles conditional on it.
The introduction fee falls due only once the employment contract has been signed. Commercial terms are agreed individually, depending on the type of mandate, seniority, type of engagement and level of G&T involvement.
