Promise 1
You do not lose control of the process.
The hiring process remains yours. I bring the profiles and the context; I do not take over the decision, dictate the pace or communicate anything to the candidate that you have not approved. You decide who enters the process, who moves forward and on what terms.
- You run the interviews and make the decision; I coordinate communication and gather feedback from both sides.
- Nothing about your company goes to the candidate without your prior consent.
- In the first stage, the candidate is not told your company's name – they receive a description of the need, the industry and the type of organisation.
- No profiles are sent automatically: you request a shortlist when you need one.
Promise 2
It does not undermine your relationships with existing partners.
The collaboration is non-exclusive. You can work in parallel with agencies, executive search firms and your in-house team. I do not ask for exclusivity, nor do I make access to profiles conditional on it.
- No exclusivity and no retainer – access to profiles is free of charge, subject to approval.
- Duplicate rule: if the candidate has already been in your process in the last 12 months, no fee applies.
- The fee falls due only when the employment contract is signed, not when a profile is presented.
- Your in-house team continues to run the process; I am an additional channel, not a replacement for existing ones.
Promise 3
The candidate will not have a bad experience that reflects on your brand.
Every candidate has had a personal interview before joining the Radar. There is no mass sending of CVs, no candidate who does not know where they have been presented, and no surprises. The candidate knows in advance which process they are in and agrees to every step.
- We reveal a candidate's identity only after we have asked whether they are interested in the specific opportunity and they have agreed.
- The candidate knows which company they are being presented to before it happens.
- The candidate receives feedback in every case, even when the decision is not positive.
- No mass distribution: a profile goes only to a mandate for which it is genuinely relevant.
The full terms – replacement policy, non-solicitation, processing of your company's data and mandate
confidentiality – are set out on the Terms of engagement page.
