About us
Behind the Radar is a person, not an algorithm.
Every candidate on Talent Radar has been through a personal interview and assessment. No profile has entered the Radar on its own, and none has been published without consent.
Who is behind the Radar
Assessments are made by someone who has held these roles himself.
Stipe Anušićfounder of G&T Consulting (Guidance & Transition)
I am a senior leader with 22 years of experience at manager, director and board level. I have worked in roles where decisions are judged by results – growth, margin, P&L, transformation and change management.
That changes the quality of the assessment: I assess a senior leader's profile from a role I have held myself, not from a competency framework that describes that role from the outside.
I have personally worked with every candidate on the Radar – through consulting, a professional interview or an assessment. No profile has been added without that step.
LinkedIn profileHow we work
Three non-negotiable rules
Candidates cannot add themselves to the database
There is no self-registration of profiles. Talent Radar admits only candidates whom G&T has personally evaluated through an interview, an analysis of their experience and an assessment of their market fit.
Identity is not revealed without consent
The candidate's name, contact details, CV and employer's name are not shared with any company without the candidate's separate, prior consent.
Access to the database is approved manually
Every request from a business user is reviewed personally. Access is not automatic, it may be refused, and every access to a profile is logged.
Let's talk about your challenge
Describe your business need or request access to the closed database.
